Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ironbrief.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
• You are accessing the Service of your own free will and for your own purposes.

If you are using the Service on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

02Nature of the Service

The Service provides access to an artificial-intelligence chat system. You understand and acknowledge that:

• The Service may generate content that is inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable, including in response to your requests, and you use it at your own discretion.
• Content is generated by an AI model and does not reflect the views of the operator.
• You assume all responsibility for how you use the Service and any content it generates.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

03Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

The following are strictly and absolutely prohibited, without exception. These are non-negotiable conditions of access:

Enforcement. If we become aware of a violation of this Section by any means — including user reports, automated detection, payment activity, or notice from third parties or law enforcement — we may, immediately and without prior notice: terminate your access; void and forfeit any remaining credit, with no refund; preserve any relevant records to the extent technically available; and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. You acknowledge that conduct prohibited under this Section may also be a criminal offense.

04Acceptable use

In addition to Section 3, you agree that you will not:

• use the Service or its output to plan, commit, or facilitate any illegal act;
• use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person;
• attempt to access, probe, attack, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, bulk-extract, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying model;
• circumvent any access, payment, rate-limit, or security control;
• use the Service to develop a competing product or to train another model on its outputs; or
• use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, with credit forfeited where the violation is willful or serious.

05AI output — no warranty, not professional advice

• Output is generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, fabricated, offensive, or fictional.
• Output does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, psychological, or safety advice.
• You should not rely on output as fact, and you are solely responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act upon any output, and for any consequences that result.

06Accounts and access

• Your account is identified by a randomly generated number and a PIN you set on your device. We do not collect your name, email, or other identifying information to create an account.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account number and PIN. Anyone who has them can access your account and credit.
• We cannot recover a lost account number or PIN. If you lose them, you lose access and any credit on the account, permanently.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

07Payment, credit, and no refunds

• The Service is accessed using prepaid credit, purchased with cryptocurrency.
• Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value outside the Service.
• Credit may expire after the period stated at purchase (for example, twelve months), after which any remaining balance is forfeited.
• Promotional bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

08Privacy

This Section states our privacy commitments in full; there is no separate privacy policy.

• By default, conversations exist only in memory during your session and are not written to persistent storage by the Service.
• If you enable the optional "remember conversation" feature, your conversation is encrypted on your own device using your PIN; we do not hold the key and cannot read it.
• We retain only the minimal operational data necessary to run the Service (for example, a one-way hashed account identifier and prepaid-credit balance). We do not store the content of your conversations.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information to create or operate your account.
• Payments are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor, whose handling of any information you provide to it (such as an optional notification email) is governed by that processor's own terms, not ours.

Nothing in this Section limits our ability to act under Section 3, to the extent any information is technically available to us.

09Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its affiliates, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service or its output; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or any content you generate, request, or distribute through the Service.

12Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• Where access is terminated for cause under Section 3 or Section 4, any remaining credit is forfeited with no refund.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
